Raclette, served on a platter
Our farmhouse raclettes, sliced and arranged by hand on attractive wooden boards. All you have to do is switch on the machine: the platter goes straight onto the table, whether for an evening with friends, a family meal or a festive occasion.
How much to allow?
The platter is based on 200 g of cheese per person, the classic amount when raclette is the main course. Online orders from €35.
Which raclettes?
We offer around fifteen farmhouse raclettes from Savoie, the Jura and Switzerland: plain, smoked, goat's or sheep's milk, peppercorn, wild garlic, truffle… We recommend choosing no more than 4 varieties. Availability depends on deliveries from our farms, so we cannot guarantee every variety.
To round it off
Add fine charcuterie, potatoes, gherkins and baby onions. We also lend raclette machines, subject to availability and against a deposit, for collection from the shop.
