Raclette and smoked bacon, already together

Made from raw cow's milk by the Jumi cheese dairy in the Bernese Oberland, Switzerland, this raclette contains fine pieces of Swiss beef bacon.

The taste

Lightly smoked, with the savoury character of the bacon. Once melted, its texture is smooth and not too oily.

What to serve it with?

It is almost a meal in itself: add potatoes and gherkins and you're ready. Worth knowing if you're serving only a little charcuterie.

How much to allow?

Sliced portions of 200 g, enough for one person.
