A spiced raclette

Made from raw cow's milk by the Jumi cheese dairy in the Bernese Oberland, Switzerland, this raclette is seasoned with a blend of 23 carefully chosen spices.

The taste

Gently spiced and fragrant, never overdone. Once melted, its texture is smooth and not too oily.

What to serve it with?

It goes well with smoked chicken, air-dried meat or simply potatoes. A surprising raclette for breaking out of the usual routine.

How much to allow?

Sliced portions of 200 g, enough for one person. This raclette is seasonal: when it is marked “back soon”, it will return with the next delivery.
