A raclette scented with hay

This Swiss raclette comes from the Jumi cheese dairy in the Bernese Oberland. Made from raw cow's milk, it is scented with hay, which gives it the fragrance of an alpine meadow.

The taste

Fairly mild and floral. Once melted, its texture is smooth and not too oily.

What to serve it with?

With potatoes and mild charcuterie, to let its aromas shine. An original raclette that is still easy to love.

How much to allow?

Sliced portions of 200 g, enough for one person. This raclette is seasonal: when it is marked “back soon”, it will return with the next delivery.
